SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to SMS/MMS text messaging services provided by Stephens and Company, Inc. (“Stephens and Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

1. SMS/MMS Program

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Stephens and Company, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling information, service updates, notifications, customer communications, and other information related to your relationship with Stephens and Company. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and communications with Stephens and Company.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Stephens and Company. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from Stephens and Company unless you choose to opt in again.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and depend on your mobile plan. Stephens and Company is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Eligibility

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you have permission to enroll that number in the Stephens and Company SMS/MMS program.

7. Privacy

Stephens and Company respects your privacy. Your mobile telephone number and SMS/MMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Changes to These Terms

Stephens and Company may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted at this publicly accessible URL and will become effective when posted.
